Evaluation
$400The occupational therapy evaluation is a detailed assessment of your child's unique abilities, strengths, medical history, and family priorities. The plan of care, including measurable goals, is formed as a collaboration between the family, child, and therapist. You receive a detailed written report.
Treatment
$160 per sessionTreatment sessions are one hour: 50 minutes of skilled, evidence-based intervention plus 10 minutes of goal tracking and a tailored home program, so progress carries into your child's daily routine. Frequency is prescribed based on individual need.
Consultation
$180Need strategies to problem-solve occasional concerns, IEP recommendations, or a skills check-in? Consultations don't require ongoing therapy - they're provided as needed, at most once every two months, with a written report of recommendations.
